The terms “meide.sg”, “meide services”, our company” and “the company” all refer to the same entity. MEIDE.SG #12 SASSY1M Promotion (the “#12 Promo”) commences from 20 June 2024 and shall end such date(s) as may be determined and notified by meide.sg in its sole discretion) (“Promotion Period”).

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Promotion is only open to all new meide.sg customers. 1.3 The “Prize” can be utilized any time within a valid 3-month period, starting from the first day of announcement of the winner via Instagram messaging. Terms and Conditions of #7

The terms “meide.sg”, “meide services”, our company” and “the company” all refer to the same entity. MEIDE.SG Customer Referral Program (CRP) 2023 (the “CRP”) commences from 7 April 2023 and shall end such date(s) as may be determined and notified by meide.sg in its sole discretion) (“Promotion Period”).

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Promotion is open to all meide.sg and baby.meide.sg customers who have a valid promo code. Upon booking the cleaning, aircon, nanny or babysitting service(s), it is understood that customers have read and acknowledged the Terms and Conditions of Promotion laid out here, available online at https://meide.sg/promo, and at https://meide.sg/terms.

1.2 “Reward(s)”, “Voucher(s)”, “Award(s)”, or “Prize(s)” refer to $10 credits. The $10 credits are to be directly deducted from the total bill size upon confirmation of the cleaning service by MEIDE.SG.

1.3 “Promotion Code(s)”, “Promo Code(s)” or “Promotional Code(s)” refer to code used by MEIDE.SG – “#MEIDE23REF” in conjunction with customer details and contact details.

1.4 The use of multiple, or overlapping promotion(s), code(s), or voucher(s) is strictly prohibited. This means that upon each booking or purchase or payment, only one promotion(s), code(s) or voucher(s) can be used at a time.

2. Promotion Mechanics

2.1 To redeem the offer, the customer needs to follow the instructions as detailed here (https://meide.sg/promo).

2.2 For the promotion code(s) to be valid, they must be provided directly from official MEIDE channels to the customer(s). The promotion code(s) must be sent via email or WhatsApp on any given date and time that is PRIOR to the very first booking request submitted online with MEIDE. For avoidance of doubt, this means that any customer(s) who had already submitted any online booking (cleaning, babysitting or aircon services) BEFORE submitting the promotion code(s) will not be eligible or considered to be a new customer.

2.3 The reward(s) will be given to the referring customer(s) only upon completion of the booking (booked by another customer(s) who was/were referred by the referring customer(s)), in full and without interruptions or hiccups to the schedule.

2.4 The customer(s) who was /were referred by the referring customer(s) must be a new customer and must not have made any booking(s) – including online request(s), payment(s) or engaged any of MEIDE service(s) before from 2019 onwards.

2.5The referral reward(s) will be directly credited into the referring customer(s) account balance with MEIDE, within 14 working days, from the uninterrupted completion of the booking done by the other customer(s) referred by the referring customer(s). This credited amount can be used only for cleaning bookings within 6 calendar months from the date it was credited into the account.

3. Award of reward(s)

3.1 We will notify customers of their eligibility to the reward(s) by phone call, SMS, Email, Social Media Text Message(s), or WhatsApp messaging (or any other means as we may deem fit), upon booking confirmation. Customers who do not receive the notifications are not eligible.

3.2 Our company reserves the right to credit / award the relevant reward(s) to such Eligible Customer(s) by any other means as it deems fit.

3.3 In the event that the Eligible Customer who has received the reward(s) breaks any terms of use, privacy policies, or the terms and conditions here, our company shall have the right to directly deduct the value of the reward(s) and Promotion Code(s), including a S$50 administrative fee, plus any goods and services tax or such other amount as it deems fit, from the customer.

3.4 The eligibility of a customer to receive the reward(s) (if applicable) shall be determined at the absolute discretion of the company

3.5 If any customer is subsequently discovered to be not entitled or ineligible to participate in the Promotion or to receive the reward(s), our company reserves the right to (i) forfeit or withdraw the reward(s) at any time or (ii) (where the reward(s) has been redeemed) reclaim the reward(s) or request the relevant customer to repay to or compensate the company the value of the reward(s) and Promotion Code(s) at any time, and our company shall have the right to pursue the value of the reward(s) and Promotion Code(s) plus any goods and services tax or such other amount as it deems fit from the customer. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from our company should any reward(s) or Promotion Code(s) or offers be forfeited or withdrawn or if any reward(s) or Promotion Code(s) or offers are reclaimed by our company, or if a Customer is asked to repay to or compensate our company the value of the reward(s) or Promotion Code(s) for whatsoever reasons.

4. General

4.1 This Promotion is not valid with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.

4.2 MEIDE.SG reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice including, without limitation, the eligibility of any customer and the dates of the Promotion. The decision of our company on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by our company.

4.3 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

4.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by laws of Singapore and the participants irrevocably submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

4.5 A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
